Returns & Exchanges Policy

We pride ourselves on quality and made-to-measure perfection. However as your garment is custom, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund for change of mind.

Faulty goods? No stress. Like you, we have high standards. To be eligible for a return, your garment must be in original condition: Unused, unworn, unloved and with original tags attached.

Drop us a line at hello@wevour.com within 10 days from date of dispatch. After this timeframe lapses we are unfortunately unable to accept your return. In your email include your order number, which can be found on your receipt and the faulty item/s you intend on returning. Once you have submitted this email, please pack your garment in the original packaging and we will notify you of return studio address.

You will need to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a tracking shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If unsuccessful your garment will be returned back to you without any refund.

If approved then your refund will be processed to the person who placed the order, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment. Please allow a few days for transfer to appear. If you have any concerns we recommend first contacting your bank. If still unresolved please contact us at hello@wevour.com
